hmm, wonder why 'yuva' didnt work. interesting premise, the three tracks well fleshed-out, music's pretty easy on the ears too. the three couples felt like solid couples too...kareena and vivek's young urbane not-so-sure-i-love-you track was quite identifiable and attractive...maybe the denouement didnt hold.

everytime they air songs from kuch kuch h h, i cringe, literally, and switch channels like a maniac...something so icky syrupy and dull and moronic abt it...HAHK, MPK, KKKK, KHNH all neatly filed under the same...

read RGV's interview abt how he wont be working with SRK after all...just not compatible.....two different planets...karan johar must be outraged, his idol not good enuff.

thank God for the bhatts and the Factory, ratnam, jha, bhandarkar, onir, rituparno g, n others...else we'd all be drowning in this sugary gossamer designer BS.

my hairdo isnt exactly what i thot it wd be ... it looked neat when straightened and blow-dried, the minute i washed it, it went back to being its difficult self. not bad either.

Anybody who doesnt like SRK is solid in my books. More power to you.
And i agree ein hundert prozent about the saccharine BS. You are probably among the 0.001% of Indian female population who thinks thusly though.

Dude, who is RGV? Well, there is something going on between Karan Johar and SRK - I have always maintained that! :) some of the guys I know here cannot sit thru an SRK movie anymore because I told them that!
I agree that KKHH and others are too saccharine sweet - but they are good escapes. With everything that goes on around us, it is almost impossible to sit thru the Page 3s... don't want to watch movies to get depressed. Give me YRC, Govinda and other meaningless movies! Escapism is good every now and then. Meaningful cinema is good but...
The bhatt camp is going nuts though - wht with paap and other nonsense...anyways - i need to stop and do some real work...
still no pictures, girl...do send!

crimemaster gogo - thanks! actually, i know atleast a couple more who think along the same lines...all this hype abt the king khan just makes me retch some...pity cos i did like him when he was starting out with darr and kabhi haan kabhi naa...non-syrupy non-candy stuf!

qs. - RGV's ram gopal varma...i like fun stuff too man....i like my masala, fullblown...i used to dig govinda's good flicks when it was not fashionable to do so...but you have to agree that theres something so plastic and kitschy and target audience=women and kids abt the ones i ranted against...and the bhatts do churn out some gems in the midst of mediocre plagiarisms...they dont lick the behinds of the so called super stars...create their own...my haircut's longer than my last and not half as obedient!

He he he - your hair can never be obedient. If you thought you are free-spirited and wild, your hair is at least a 100 steps ahead. :D

Although it makes government less efficient, it prevents anyone from getting too much power or abusing the powers that they do have.
